1. Connect to your Alicorn
(This can be done either over WiFi or if you have a Windows PC you can plug the Alicorn directly into a USB port on your PC)
2. Once you are connected to the Alicorn's Network, open a web browser and navigate to 192.168.0.1

Username: admin
Password: admin
3. Once you get logged in, you will be able to access the settings on your Alicorn. From here you can Change the WiFi Settings, Update the APN, Enable Data Roaming, etc.
